All travelers to the Dominican Republic must complete a Dominican e-Ticket to enter and exit the country.

This digital form serves as an entry/exit card, Customs Declaration, and Travel Health Affidavit. Without it, you cannot enter or leave the country.

The e-Ticket is obtained by filling out a simple online form. Once approved, it is sent to the applicant by email.
